Monsoon’s training programs are organized for the most cost effective long term benefit for both seamen and employer.
OSM continuously trains and upgrades its pool of seafarers through upgrading training courses in accordance with STCW and Flag State requirements in order to achieve a high standard of safety and professional skills and to enhance safety, job satisfaction and career prospects for all seamen. To achieve a high standard of manning, OSM expects all its seamen to actively participate in training and upgrading in a systematic manner while ashore and onboard ships. All seamen must clearly understand their responsibilities towards training and upgrading.
